We have been learning about ANZAC day. We have been reading some stories to learn about the First world war. Today we read the Bantam and the Soldier written by Jennifer Beck. It is about a New Zealand soldier in the war, who looked after a bantam he called Bertha. We have made some New Zealand flags to show you.
